Introduce an economically reliable power regulator. A three-phase thyristor power regulator is a device that uses digital circuits to trigger thyristors to achieve voltage and power regulation. Voltage regulation adopts phase-shifting control method, and power regulation has two methods: fixed period power regulation and variable period power regulation. The control board is equipped with phase-locked loop synchronization circuit, automatic phase discrimination, phase loss protection, power on slow start, slow shutdown, radiator overheating detection, constant current output, current limitation, overcurrent protection, serial working status indication and other functions. There are two ways to trigger the control board: directly triggering the thyristor module and triggering the phase-shifting solid-state relay. Characteristics of the control board: 12 bit A/D, high degree of output linearization, low starting point of output.

The three-phase power regulator consists of a trigger board, a dedicated radiator, a fan, a casing, etc. The core part uses a 0 control board and German Siemens thyristor modules; The cooling system adopts high-efficiency cooling and low-noise fans. The whole machine is equipped with all the functions of the control board. There are 7 levels of overall current capacity ranging from 40A to 800A.

The power regulator is used in conjunction with an intelligent PID regulator or PLC with 0-5V and 4-20mA; Mainly used for heating control of industrial electric furnaces, soft start energy-saving operation control of large fans and water pumps. The load types can be three-phase resistive loads, three-phase inductive loads, and three-phase transformer loads; Three phase loads can be center grounded loads, center ungrounded loads, inner triangular loads, and outer triangular loads.
